We are sourcing products via independent Milan reseller. We source new, original goods from authorized channels and reputable EU distributors. All items remain authentic and fully traceable even when sold by independent resellers.

Items are covered by any brand/manufacturer warranty that comes with the product. AUMI4 itself does not add an extra store warranty beyond your statutory consumer rights. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, start a return and we’ll make it right. Refund Policy is here

Yes. You have a14‑day window from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.Unsolicited returns aren’t accepted— please start in the Returns Center.
